We filled out the application online for a vacation that doesn’t kick off until 2024, and honestly, it was a breeze except for getting that early booking discount sorted. I called the next day, and they fixed everything up fast and with a friendly attitude. This company also managed a reservation during the Covid pandemic with real professionalism and care. I can’t recommend them enough.

I've used these services a bunch of times, but honestly, the experience wasn't as great as I had hoped. The adviser, Eileen, seemed a bit distracted and mixed up some details. Last year, I was given a £100 discount because of a canceled trip, and I'm bummed that I couldn't use that for my holiday this year. Maybe Riviera has expanded so much that the personal touch is kinda missing? I appreciate your response. My trip was a solo adventure to the Italian lakes last October, which ended up being canceled. I received a full refund and the £100 off another trip, but I couldn't book anything until now because of some health issues. Look, your team is really solid, and I'm counting on a fantastic 5-star experience in October! Just wanted to keep it real and share my thoughts.

"Let Down by Customer Support"
We were super excited about our vacation. We had booked a morning flight, aiming to get on the ship in time to unpack, freshen up, enjoy some cocktails, and kick off the holiday right. But then, the flight got switched to the evening, meaning we won’t make it in time for dinner. I found out through an email. I reached out to see if they could find any morning flights, but was told no, and they think this is just a minor tweak, even though it really messes with our first day vibe. A little onboard spending voucher would’ve been a nice touch, but all I got were short replies and no phone call, despite my request. I feel like the customer service team has really dropped the ball, letting down the cruise staff who are actually great. These trips aren’t cheap, and we wanted to enjoy our first day on the ship, not stuck at the airport. So, just a heads up, the customer service doesn’t hold a candle to the crew on the ship. It seems like Riviera Travel is missing that extra effort to make your holiday memorable. You can chat with someone when booking, but if there’s an issue, it’s all about emailing. Really bummed out ☹️

"Exploring Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos"
I just got back from my trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, and I gotta say, it was absolutely fantastic! From the second I landed in Vietnam, our tour guide Shane made me feel right at home. The itinerary was packed, and we got to see everything you could hope for, including all the key historical sites that truly left a mark. The accommodations were top-notch, and the transfers, coach rides, and meals were all delightful. Honestly, I can't find a single thing to complain about this trip. A huge shoutout to Shane, our tour guide—he went above and beyond to ensure that all 39 of us had an unforgettable experience. I really hope my next holiday has a guide as awesome as he was.
